We live for adventure.
Our dedication to practicing fitness and healthy living is largely inspired by nature. The body is an amazing thing, it adapts to lifestyle, and with that comes the potential for it to support adventure in the most awesome ways imaginable. We created DynamX Fitness to support you in maximising this philosophy. We believe in goal oriented training and working out to see what your body is capable of. Whatever “mountains” to climb there might be in your life at a given point in time we look to the positive and embrace challenges, enjoy the work - it’s a privilege to work on yourself and help others along the way.

What makes DynamX different? Well, we all know that joining a gym is a good thing but sometimes it can be hard to stay motivated. You can get all the information and advice you need from other sites but there is nothing like having people around you who are supporting your fitness goals and achievements.
Programming
Training has been hard for years. It has always been a burden to come up with a plan before starting your training. Our programs are designed for you, so that all you have to think about is what you want to achieve and we will do the rest for you. We take the stress of thinking of a workout before you start your training and we focus on your goals.


Results
How many times have you started a program, only to have it burn out after a few weeks? The truth is, if you’re not seeing results after 8-12 weeks then either your program has no staying power, or you don’t have the needed tools and guidance to help push through. We get to know you for who you are and what your goals are. Our programs and coaching is designed to reach your goals and bring results.
