Certified Fitness Trainer and Co-Founder
I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer for 7 years. I love reflecting on what I’ve learned and applying it in practice. Although while in my professional development I considered the idea; my goals aren’t and never have been to be below 10% body-fat and compete on a bodybuilding stage, but if my physique can get close to that level while challenging myself in a deeper personal meaning you best believe I’ll take it! My ultimate goal is to accept my genetics and maximise my fitness development throughout a long and healthy life in a way that excites me and supports adventure. I have always believed that this philosophy helps me in my pursuit to get mentally and physically stronger to help others with what I’ve experienced in my field.

In school I got into pretty much all the sports clubs, but I played lots of handball during high school and later my mom got me into ballroom dancing.
Dance kinda changed my life,
I have always loved fitness, but I grew to love it even more in my last years of college. I started going to the gym, working out and paying attention to my nutrition.
During my internship in the USA, I started doing CrossFit and that’s when things got serious. I fell absolutely in love with the sport and the community aspect of it. I loved how similarly to ballroom dancing there were techniques I had to work on if I wanted to be good and once I put the time and effort in, I saw PROGRESS.
So now, thanks to a pandemic, here I am, studying to become a Strength & Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and help you to achieve your goals and guide you on your journey!
